Our wait list is temporarily closed because we have too many applicants.

The list will open again, probably in 2027, when current applicants have either been given plots or have voluntarily removed their names. As of 2025, there are 14 names on the wait list.

When the list re-opens, information about how to apply will be posted here.

Plots are open to everyone, subject to the following guidelines:

1. Only one plot is allocated per household.

2. If you are already a member of another community garden, you are ineligible for membership in Wall Street Community Garden.
